ZHJ-3X1600 Slitting and cutting line is a combination line which can be slitting line or cut to length line.

For cut to length line, it is a complete line to cut the steel sheets from the steel coils. With the PLC , it can cut various size you need.

For slitting line, it is a complete line to cut the steel coils into narrow width steel strips, then rewinding it.

It can cut cold rolled steel, Galvanized steel, PPGI, GI etc.

Whole line is composed of the decoiler with entry coil car, press and pinch device, Looper,side guide device 1, straightening machine, Mechanical cutter, stacker, Side guide device 2, Slitter, scrap winder, Looper 2, Tension stand and recoiler with exit coil car.
