2. After operation, the operator's body must not be close to the moving parts, and any other objects must not be close to the moving parts to avoid machine and personal accidents. When the equipment is running, especially when feeding materials, always pay attention to the sheet metal operation. If there are abnormal situations such as deviation or jamming, stop the vehicle immediately and cut off the power supply for inspection.
3. Vertical shear levels should always be used to keep the equipment clean. After use, all hands, table tops, lids, lids, etc. should be cleaned and oiled. The rollers should be oiled, and the chain should be oiled every 30-50 hours of work to prevent corrosion and affect the normal operation of the slitting line group. Adjust the reduction of each feed roller and hinge roller according to the thickness of the steel plate. Operators should make timely adjustments to ensure normal operation.
4. After the work is completed, the power supply must be cut off and the slitting line set must be wiped clean to ensure that there is no rust, no oil stains, and no "yellow robe". Check whether the transmission components, slider, gearbox, worm gear, worm, etc. are operating normally. Clean work rolls and idlers, check for cracks and secure fasteners.
5. Clean the fuel injector and oil filter of the slitting line group to keep the oil path smooth, check the oil level of the gear box, and apply grease to the transmission mechanism. Wipe the motor, console and control box to keep the inside and outside clean, check whether the limit device is sensitive and reliable, and check whether the grounding is safe and reliable.
6. During the maintenance process of the slitting line group, the main work is to pay attention to lubrication, tightening and inspection. The straightening machine operator should check and adjust the transmission mechanism of the reducer and gear, straightening equipment and electrical system, and then make necessary adjustments. If a fault is found, the mechanical components should have good working performance.
7. The test unit is used to test and adjust the leveling unit, eliminate problems with each component, balance the degree of wear and tear that will inevitably affect the performance and fault symptoms of components, and then complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting. Maintaining it requires technical service personnel and good testing instruments and tools.
