ZJX-2X650 Hydraulic slitting line machine is a slitting line designed for 0.2-2mm thickness, and 100-650mm width. It can do uncoiling, slitting and rewinding . The hydraulic slitting line machine can slit various kinds of steel material , like galvanized steel, PPGI, Cold rolled steel, even the hot rolled steel. It is designed economic which is composed of the hydraulic decoiler with coil car, side guide device , slitter , scrap winder, tension stand and recoiler and exit coil car.

The slitting line speed it can be max 40m/min, or 60m/min or 80/min or even more. We can design the machine specifically as per customer’s requirements.
