1. Install the upper and lower knives, and then adjust the machine. 2. Check the product. Check whether the number of joints on the product section is the same as the number you have connected. If they do not match, check them by rewinding immediately to prevent the inner joints from being mixed into the product.

3. According to the characteristics of the product, adjust the EPC device to ensure that the EPC photoelectric is always on the tracking line, and the end of the coil is pulled by hand to start at low speed and enter normal.

3. Stop pressing the stop button. When unloading, the hand is not allowed to touch the take-up reel to avoid fingers being pinched.

4. Start the machine at a slow speed, observe whether the rewinding coil meets the quality requirements, and then slowly accelerate to start slitting. When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the machine to avoid pressing your hands.

5. Open (close) the raw material bracket to a suitable width, and place the rewinding material to be cut on the bracket. When loading the material, the hand must leave the coil section, and two people are not allowed to operate at the same time to prevent The hand is caught in the cylinder.

6. Return the photoelectric to the center position to ensure that the slider of the unwinding table is kept in the proper position in the middle of the guide roller. Rewind the coiled material that meets the specifications and wear it on the rewinding shaft, and put the cut products that meet the requirements on the paper tube of the upper and lower rewinding reel according to the normal method, start the machine at low speed, and find the paper tube on the rewinding shaft. Appropriate location, make a mark for the next installation. When installing the paper tube, you must hold the surface of the paper tube tightly to prevent it from falling off and being bumped by the shaft.
