Precision numerical control equipment must have a good production environment, and try to stay away from those machines with relatively large vibrations.

2. Power requirements

The power supply device is very important whether it is in the numerical control equipment or in other equipment. A stable power supply device is a prerequisite for the stable operation of a device. Therefore, we generally need to add a voltage stabilizing device to the power supply to reduce the fluctuation of the power supply voltage.

3. Operating specifications

The operation specification is one of the important measures to ensure the safe operation of the slitting machine. The operator must follow the operating procedures. When the machine fails, the operator should record the situation on the spot, take pictures and keep it, and truthfully explain the situation before and after the failure to the maintenance personnel. Doing so will help analyze and diagnose the cause of the fault, and eliminate it in time.

After purchasing the slitting machine, make full use, especially in the first year of operation, so that the weak links that are prone to failure can be exposed as soon as possible and can be eliminated during the warranty period.

When there is no processing task, the slitter should be energized regularly, preferably 1-2 times a week, and run dry for about 1 hour each time. Common faults and maintenance of slitting machine

1. The slitting machine cannot rotate normally

The slitting machine is overloaded and the inverter has an over-current alarm: turn off the main power supply of the electric control system and restart it.

Transmission gear is damaged: first turn off the main power supply, and then turn the unwinding head by hand to observe whether there is any jamming. If so, check the gearbox and replace damaged components in time.

2. The unwinding head of the unwinding machine cannot be expanded or contracted

The decoiler's hydraulic tensioning solenoid valve output line roadblocks, causing the solenoid to fail to operate normally: Check the circuit diagram to check whether the solenoid valve output action insurance is burned out, and replace it if any.

The oil pressure of the tensioning device of the unwinding head of the decoiler is too small, and the tensioning mechanism is worn out, which leads to the loosening of the tensioning piece: replace the hydraulic oil once a year to maintain the viscosity of the hydraulic oil. In addition, the unwinding head should be regularly lubricated and maintained.
