For the leveling machine used to straighten thin steel plates, the number of shaft rollers should be large, and the diameter of shaft rollers should be small; on the contrary, when correcting thick steel plates, the number of shaft rollers should be less and the diameter of shaft rollers should be larger. This is because the thinner the steel plate, the more elastic it is. During the correction process, more rollers are required to produce more wave deformations to overcome the elasticity and achieve the purpose of correction.
