Slitting machine system signal conversion method

1. High-speed switching valve method
This method utilizes a high-speed response torque motor to directly or indirectly drive a fixed opening on-off valve. When the digital signal output by the computer is amplified, the front on-off valve can be controlled, so that the valve can control the two states of opening and closing. After the feedback signal is processed by the sampler, it can be transmitted back to the computer in the form of digital quantity to control the work of the slitting machine.
2. Digital-to-analog conversion method
Through the digital-to-analog converter, the digital quantity generated by the computer can be converted into an analog quantity, which is used to control the current acting on the input end of the servo valve or the proportional valve. The feedback signal can also be converted into a digital quantity through an analog-to-digital converter to enter the computer, thereby completing the conversion between the signals.
3. Stepper motor method
It relies on a conversion method realized by the stepper motor controller, which inputs the digital signal output by the computer into the converter in a pulse mode. The rotation angle of the stepping motor is converted into the opening of the valve through a set of transmission device, thus forming a digital flow valve. In addition, its outlet pressure is proportional to it to form a digital pressure valve, thus achieving the goal.
