Since the COVID 19 situation, it is not available to dispatch the engineers to go out. Our company decided to finished all the electrical and hydraulic connection before delivery.

For example, like recently we are testing a 3x1600 automatic slitting line for our Serbia customer.

1. We will put the machine and the control panel and the hydraulic station as well as the hydraulic distributor as per the layout .

2. Then prepare the electrical wires and hydraulic pipes.

3. After connection, we will set the data one drivers and PLC.

4. Next will start to test the machine each functions. And Share the photos and video with customers.

5. Once customers confirm the testing, we will remove the wires from the panel and remove pipes . But will mark each wires and pipes well to make it easy to connect again.

6. After finishing these work, when machine arrived customer side , we will supply the online (Wechat or Whatsapp technical support). Will guide customers step by step to install the machines.

7. Till now we have finished 5 lines online installation and customers already put into production successfully.
