Composed devices
1. Hydraulic entry coil car
◆The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.
◆It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with four guide pillars.
◆The level movement is driven by cycloid motor.
◆The capacity of it can reach to 10Tons(MAX)
2. Hydraulic de-coiler
◆Structure:Hydraulic expand and shrink to tight the inner hole of steel coils.
◆Specification:Φ520max/480min×1300(width of roller)
◆The max capacity: 10T, with simple supporting stand.
3. Hydraulic press and pinch device
◆Two hydraulic cylinders controlled unwinding rubber roller lifting.
◆Cycloid reducer BWY215-121 drive the running of steel coil.
◆Hydraulic pressing & guiding device: Driven by 11KW cycloid reducer motor. Setting manual clutch. Pinch roller pressed by hydraulic cylinders.
◆Drive mode using the lower roller drive. The diameter of hydraulic cylinder is: φ100
◆Structure: It is welding by steel plates and profiled bar
4. Hydraulic head cutting
◆Adopt double type structures, can cut the 3.5mmX1250 steel plates.
◆Blades are 6CrW2Si material and the up and down clearances is adjustable.
◆This device is used to shear the head of coils and make the material go through the slitter very conveniently, and it can also be used to cut the big coils into the small coils.

6. Side guide device
◆It is composed of the frame, guide roller, adjustment device, movable platform and multi-roller wheel
◆The vertical rollers on the both sides guide the sheet right into the slitter.
◆Both sides of guiding vertical rollers adjust by the motor drives the both ends of the screw. The adjusting width is: 400-1250mm.
7. Slitting machine
◆Specification of blades:Φ340×Φ200×10 material:6CrW2Si and 20 pieces of blades and a set of spacers and rubber ring will be provided with the machine for free, Details please check the spare parts list.
◆Thickness of process able material:δ=3mm.
◆Width of process able material:B≤1250
◆Electric motor:Electric motor:30KW frequency conversion control motor to control the speed. Control mode is frequency control.

8. Scrap winder
◆It used to wind the scarp strips.
◆It consists of base, the shaft and plate of scrap material, friction wheel, supporting wheel chain, chain, decelerator and 5.5Kw motor.

◆It is used to control the speed buffer between decoiler and slitting machines
◆It should be done according to the foundation drawings
10. Tension stand
◆The frame welded by steel plates.
◆Consist of base ,pre-dividing shaft, bracket, press shaft, hydraulic damp device and hydraulic shaft lifting the press down device. Supporting slices, spacers and etc.
◆It is equipped with the transition table which is driven by hydraulic and is used to make the finished strips pass easily.
◆Function: It also have the side guide device for finished strips and prevent them from jumping and improve the recoiler quality. To establishing a stretching force with recoilier, to make sure the even quality and tight of steel coils after recoiling.
11. Recoiler
